Tailored Chef began in 2015 as a sole proprietorship doing personal chef services in the privacy of clients homes or beach rentals. Today, it has evolved into a full service catering business now known as Tailored Chef, LLC. I proudly offer catering & personal chef services. I bring 25 years of industry experience, culinary education, and more importantly my love for food and how it brings people together to exceed your expectations.

 

My culinary training from Johnson and Wales University in Charleston, SC gave me a classical foundation that I have transformed into the current techniques I use today. My education coupled with my experience gives me the confidence to bring my best effort to every client, every event. My passion is to use fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients as much as possible.
